Privacy and terms

All payments are final. Please read what each service includes before you buy it.

What's nonrefundable

• The audit ($99) and setup ($499) are nonrefundable once paid.
• Management ($499 a month) is nonrefundable, including months already started and past months.

Cancelling management

Cancel any time from your Billing page. Management ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Audit credit

If you buy setup within 30 days of your audit, the $99 is credited toward setup. The credit can't be exchanged for cash.

Things outside our control

Google decides whether an account receives a grant, stays active, or is reinstated. A Google decision doesn't make a payment refundable.

Questions about a charge

• Email billing@nonprofitadgrant.com from the address on your account, with your organization's name and the charge you're asking about. We answer within 2 business days.
• If something looks wrong, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
